Business Unit / Department Mission
This position is responsible for providing a clean and orderly dining and service area while providing superior customer service with a great attitude in a fast pace retail restaurant environment. This position is responsible accurately and quickly attending to all Guest needs, including: answering Guest questions and concerns, delivering food, and bussing and cleaning the dining area on a constant basis while maintaining all department and food safety / sanitation standards.
Essential Functions / Process Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned as necessary
- Some knowledge of menu items and specials
- Serves food and packages products at Guest-s request
- Bus & clean tables and deep clean dining, ordering, and bar areas.
- Prepares, packages, and merchandises product
- Maintains the beverage station and bar areas.
- Properly handles and maintains the operation of all equipment
- Assists in technical areas as needed
- Merchandises product effectively
- Maintains sanitation in beverage and food prep areas along with display cases
- Compliance with departmental SOPS and store operating procedures
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE preferred:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Maintains smile at all times, even when balancing multiple priorities.
- Function in a fast pace retail restaurant environment
- Ability to handle Guest feedback and resolve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication/Interpersonal skills
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Reading and Writing skills
- Planning and Organizing Skills
