REM River Bluffs has 2 full time awake overnight positions open for direct care staff working in our DBT mental health programs in Lakeville and Inver Grove Heights. DSP's (direct support professionals) provide assistance to individuals with mental health challenges in residential homes in your community. Supports vary based on the needs of the person served but include passing medications and emotional support. In addition DSPs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life for those we support.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing
  • Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
