About this job
Oversees one store as a Store Manager and maintains a staff that can run the store independently of the SSM.
Maximizes personal and store sales results through selling, maintaining and covering zones. (See Sales Person)
Assists the store manager in maximizing sales results in the area of sales, merchandising and operations. (See Key Holder)
Responsible for overall store performance in the areas of people development, sales, payroll and inventory. (See Store Manager)
Performs district manager duties in up to 3 other stores. (See District Manger)
The area a senior store manager oversees is a part of a district. The SSM is responsible for coordinating plans and actions in the areas of people development, sales, payroll, inventory and budgets with their district manager.
Other duties and projects will be assigned based on company, district and store needs.
