Currently seeking candidates for a Banking Call Center openings in the Roseville area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Handle 60-100 inbound phone calls while navigating between several computer screens
-Field customer questions regarding billing, transfering funds, navigating through their online account, payable errors, etc.
-Provide world class customer service for every customer with number one focus on quality care
-Performance measured by quality of calls, call handle time, adherence, attendance, professionalism
-Require sales skills and offering products and promotions the customer is eligible for - the customer profile will prompt you on what products/services they are eligible for
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
-Goal driven individuals with 6+ months of excellent customer service/sales experience
-Teachable
-Available to work at least 1-2 days on the weekend (many different schedules available)
-Available to work one of the following shifts:
10:30am - 7:00pm
1:30pm - 10:00pm
2:00pm - 10:30pm
(Training: First 7 weeks Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm)
-Ability to ackowledge others' emotions over the phone
-Leadership skills
-Retail Sales Associates, Baristas, Customer Service Representatives, any experience providing excellent customer service
