General Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
Responsible for accompanying parking customers to the airport and returning the customer car, coordinating the pick-up and delivery of customers, and completing parking logs and associated cash reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Accompany parking customers to the airport and return the customer cars to DTG parking stalls; record stall numbers. Direct customers to available parking spaces in the lot; receive and respond to customer inquiries or complaints Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the parking booth and parking areas Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of customers with drivers via two-way radio Monitor lot at all times for security purposes Manually log all vehicles exiting the lot Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned
Mandatory Requirements:
Required Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Valid driver's license as required by state
Knowledge and Skill:
Interpersonal and communication skills Ability to operate hand held check-in device Ability to write clearly and concisely Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
