Shipping and Receiving - Full-time / Part-time

Responsible for all duties involved with shipping and receiving. Also, assists in maintaining the inventory, including stocking, counting, and general organization. Reports to the Inventory and Warehouse Manager.

Essential Responsibilities: The employee may be required to perform all or a combination of the following essential responsibilities as determined by business necessity.

Responsible for all aspects of shipping and receiving using the MRP system. Using UPS and FEDEX online, domestic and international shipping

Assists with the preparation of products, including crating, for shipping domestically and internationally. Use and maintain all shipping on-line software.

Record materials shipped and received using the appropriate MRP system. Initiate research regarding inventory discrepancies.

Provide feedback to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained. Help supervise and participate in performing cycle counts and all scheduled physical inventories.

Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness. Ensure the warehouse is accessible for manufacturing staff.

Employees are required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job related duties requested by their supervisor.
