Be a part of the Pharmacy world – providing perfect service to members in a growing Pharmacy environment.

Our Clinical Guidance team has openings for Pharmacy Technicians to work in a call-center environment. As a Pharmacy Technician on this team you will:

Take inbound calls from RightSource members.

Answer questions and resolve issues regarding mail order pharmacy inquiries.

Interact with Physician's offices and Hospitals.

Meet metrics set by the department.

Facilitate positive service and pharmaceutical outcomes.

6 months of experience as a Pharmacy Technician OR equivalent telephonic experience in a pharmacy call center setting

Must be adept at solving problems

Strong communication and telephonic skill

Proficient with Microsoft Office and experiences using multiple computer applications simultaneously

Self-directed, but also able to work well in a group

A positive, proactive attitude, energetic, highly motivated and a self-starter

Work ethic that is focused, accurate and highly productive

High School diploma or GED

Must be able to become certified by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) within 10 months of hire

Role Desirables

Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred

Mail Order Pharmacy experience

Experience working with insurance plans and Medicare

Reporting Relationships

Reports to a Frontline Leader.

Additional Information

This department is open from 8:00am-8:00pm and you must be willing to work any 8 hour shift within that time frame. The expected shift you would start off working is 9:30am-6:00pm, with a rotating Saturday shift every 3 weeks.
