Our client in the DFW Airport area is looking a
Customer Service Associate to join their team!

Customer Service Associates are hired to build relationships with the customers. We are looking for associates that are enthusiastic and passionate about achieving excellence and have a ‘can do’ attitude and a great sense of Teamwork

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Effectively communicate with customers via phone, fax, or email
  • Precisely document communications and actions
  • Process orders accurately and timely
  • Assist customers with questions regarding order status, pricing, return requests, product availability and backorders
  • Communicate with internal departments including the Distribution Center regarding special orders, rush orders or emergency orders
  • Work with Manufacturer directly on allocation and backorder release
  • Meet departmental and individual goals including schedule adherence, average handle time, attendance and call quality
  • Escalate critical or complex issues to the proper level of management in a professional manner
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Communications, Business or other related fields or Associates Degree with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience
  • 1 to 2 years Customer Service experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus – not required
  • Flexible schedule (no weekends) Skill Requirements:
