Collections Specialist
•Review accounts receivable aging to identify and prevent past due amounts such as short-payment, late payment, non-legit deductions, and pricing discrepancies.
•Will call customers and handle the preparation of accounts receivable statements, the maintenance of customer contact lists, and the analysis and resolution of cash application and aging discrepancies.
•Additional duties include preparing credit memos, setting up new customers, credit references, issuing credit and special projects as needed.
Collections Specialist
•1+ years of credit and collections or accounts receivable experience.
•Must be perseverant and have excellent communication skills.
