Purpose and Scope: Responsible for the sourcing, selection, coordination and installation of all decorative elements for rollouts within Ralph Lauren Store Development department.ResponsibilitiesCreate inspiration boards that illustrate design concepts.Source, develop and select decorative items with existing and new vendors on a global level.Track decorative items from point of purchase through delivery.Partner with architects and store design on space design and installations.Archive decorative materials and maintain tracking system.Assist and provide support in store installations and renovations.Create and maintain budgets, vendor souring libraries, tracking information.Negotiate costs with suppliers and vendors. Liaise with Procurement teams to communicate vendor details and initial pricing.Input new and maintain existing specifications into spreadsheets for use by the rollout team.Bridge all information between the decorative team and rollout teams.Manages ongoing rollout maintenance requests, one-off custom deco requests, and updates necessary to the decorative library.Establish brand standards and creates directives for decorative presentation through brand/concept specific Decorative Brand Manuals.Maintains and updates existing Decorative Brand Manuals.

Job Requirements:Education/ Degree in interior design or related field.1-3 years experience in interior design and/ or store development, preferably in retail industry.Able to read and understand architectural/construction drawings and draft and draw space/ floor layouts.Ability to source and select decorative elements.Knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator), Microsoft Office.
