Legal Entity Risk Reporting
Legal Entity Risk Reporting (LERR) is comprised of regional teams that support local Regulatory and Risk Reporting in North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. Internally, LERR supports Chief Risk Officers and Legal Entity Risk Managers; externally, LERR sends risk reports to regulators on a regular basis and responds to regulatory requirements upon request.
Responsibilities
The Business Management Intern supports the Business Manager, the Global Head, and global team for LERR across various functions and firmwide initiatives, including but not limited to assisting with:
Collecting and synthesizing monthly metrics;
Maintaining and recertifying report and user tool inventories;
Building library of report and process procedures;
Collecting documentation for team operating models;
Updating organizational charts and distributions lists; and
Other duties as assigned.
The Intern will attend meetings with LERR management, firmwide business managers, global LERR staff, and senior stakeholders as appropriate. The Intern will have the opportunity to improve project management skills, develop communication and presentation skills, and attend corporate sponsored internship and other networking events.
Candidates for the Business Management Internship will be undergraduate students and will possess the following qualifications:
Excellent analytical, planning, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills;
Strong project management experience;
Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
Adaptability to a quickly changing environment;
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy;
Knowledge of tools for data gathering and processing; and
Familiarity with multinational corporate environment preferred but not required.
