A good Technical Recruiter will possess all of the following:
- Experience recruiting through social media (LinkedIn) and IT websites such as Stock Overflow and Dice
- 2+ years experience recruiting IT positions for Federal Government Contracts
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and maintain candidate relationship
- Looking to make between $31-33/hr. w full benefits
