Mechanical Maintenance Tech

Staffmark is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for Capstone Nutrition in Spring Hill.
Friday- Sunday 5:00pm-5:00am


This individual will be supporting the operations of the maintenance team, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all equipment within the facility.

Responsibilities Will Include:

Perform all preventative maintenance on all equipment.

Ensure back flow devices are tested on an annual basis.

Address mechanical breakdown issues, production line adjustment issues, equipment swap-out, and closure equipment.

Communicate with operators to ensure machines are being used properly and safely.

Participate in line changeovers and make improvements.

Comply with and promote all company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations, including wearing required PPE.

High School Diploma or GED. ◦Computer literate. ◾2 Years experience in a manufacturing facility with a mechanical or electric background. ◾Must have the ability to trouble shoot issues. ◾Possess a sense of urgency, have a high level of accountability. ◾Must have the motivation and desire to improve processes. ◾Must be able to work a flexible schedule. ◾Ability to sit or stand for extended hours. ◾Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. ◾Ability to climb ladders.
