We are in need of a professional, experienced Executive Administrative Assistant. This person will be supporting the CEO of the organization and have constant contact with the Board of Directors so experience supporting VP level and above is required. This role will be the CEO's right hand while he's traveling and could also make some business trips with him as needed including domestic and international travel. Strong communication skills, computer skills, and ability to have a flexible schedule is needed. This position is responsible for providing strategic as well as administrative support. In addition, this position also supports meetings and activities of the Executive Membership of Board of Directors, Sector Vice Presidents and Executive Management Council.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Support the Chief Executive Officer with any tasks that will advance the Enterprise and organizational-level objectives. This includes preparing and/or proactively coordinating correspondence, reports, and presentations in addition to conducting research, scheduling meetings, and providing support for CEO engagements with internal and external boards and committees.

2. Partner with key stakeholders to coordinate Presidential activities in and across the organization. This includes facilitating communication between the President, Chief Executive Officer and senior management team to advance the accomplishments of the President's goals. Also serve as the focal point for all past presidents and related activities.

3. Coordinate all details, logistics and supporting documents related to domestic and international travel (i.e., visas, itineraries, etc.) for the Chief Executive Officer and Presidents, with particular attention focused on political and diplomatic expectations where appropriate.

4. Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Executive Office by directing individuals to the appropriate resources and addressing all problems promptly and professionally

5. Provide administrative support for Executive Management Council meetings and meetings of the Sector Vice Presidents. Serve as co-chair for governance and administrative assistant meetings to ensure administrative follow-through on all management and governance related objectives.

6. Provide administrative support to General Counsel and direct report(s) of the Chief Executive Officer

7. Coordinate all mail distribution and ordering of Executive Office supplies
8. Contribute to the achievement of organizational goals
9. Additional special projects and teams as assigned

Requirements

Associate’s degree with 10+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant capacity to a senior executive, preferably CEO. Will also accept a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with at least 7+ years experience in an Executive Assistant capacity to a senior executive, preferably CEO. Travel planning (domestic/international) and appointment scheduling experience, required Meeting planning experience, required Advanced Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SharePoint, and internet savvy Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills, required Strong oral and written communication skills, including diplomacy and political savvy, required Advanced computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, required Ability to organize effectively, carry out independent action, work on simultaneous assignments, and perform functions of a confidential manner, required Ability to work with high-level executives, industry leaders, and Board members (political savvy & cultural sensitivity), required Global and cultural sensitivities, required.
