Position Description:
Put you customer focus and team development skills toaction as a Manager, Service Account Management. You'll be empowered to create
a quality member experience by leading your team to achieve high levels of
success while maximizing productivity driving client resolution. You will
collaborate with operational partners to help improve, maintain, and develop
appropriate service delivery with strategic initiative supporting goals and
objectives of business plans. It's an environment of exciting challenges
where you empower your team to achieve more and recognize them when they do.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as liaison between client and internal business
leaders to ensure mutual understanding of operational needs and clear
exceptions by all stakeholders - Supervise, monitor, track, and direct day-to-day
operations of Service Account Management - Identify and coordinate with internal resources across
multiple business units to address client needs and escalated clients
situations - Synthesize and communicate information on service
enhancements/initiatives, client issues and resolution to appropriate internal
and external stakeholders - Meet performance goals established for the team in the
areas of: efficiency, turn around, and quality
Requirements
Requirements:
- An education level of at least a high school diploma or
GED or 10 years equivalent working experience - Working Hours M-F 8:30a-5:00p
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- 2+ years experience in the health care industry
- 2+ years familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications,
which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system
applications - 2+ years ability to understand multiple products and multiple
levels of benefits within each product - Ability to work on-site at our Buffalo, NY office
Assets:
- Bachelor degree
- Experience managing employees including employee
development and team motivation. - Knowledge of UNET and ISET platforms
- Project management experience
- Experience championing or participating in process
improvement tasks

- Strong presentation and communication skills
