Superintendent - Full-time / Part-time

Our client is looking for a Superintendent that can supervise the field construction activities on a ground-up construction projects.

Their current project is a ground-up project in Miami Lakes for an Auto Maintenance Facility and Car Wash Facility at an already existing Automobile Dealership.They would ideally like to have someone hired on 5/4 or 5/11.

This employee will be able to oversee all facets of field construction on the project from start to finish. This includes the shell/structural aspect of the job as well as the entire buildout. This also includes oversight of Subcontractors as well as any internal MGM staff that may self-perform any aspects of the job.

QUALIFICATIONS/PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

• 10 years experience as a Superintendent on commercial, ground up construction projects.
• Computer proficient with MS Office as well as some familiarity of other construction software.
• Able to manage the entire project as the lead superintendent along with a Project Manager but no other field management.
• Able to make educated and timely decisions on site.
• Able to represent our client professionally and interact appropriately with their clients on site.
