Fastrip's ideal candidate is an enthusiastic manager skilled at directing store operations and building a winning team that provides excellent customer service while working along side their employees. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate results in all facets of retail store operations, excellent communication and training skills, and the ability to operate independently. A hands-on approach and ability to improve sales is critical. A College Degree with proven retail experience is critical for success in this position!
Fastrip is a privately owned convenience store chain operating throughout California. It is distinguished from other retail businesses by its emphasis on location and convenience and a commitment to customers who need to purchase items quickly at extended hours.
Job Requirements:
College Degree
Work a 5 1/2 day work week
Manage schedule changes, breaks for part-time/full-time employees
Understand stores P&L; cash loss; inventory variations; labor hours
Minimum of 3 years Retail, Fast Food/Restaurant or Grocery Management experience
Demonstrated management results in fast-paced, mass variation inventory and multi-faceted environment
Strong computer skills, and human resources skills
50% Floor Duties; 40% of Human Resources Duties; 10% Office Duties
