The Senior Trainer will have the opportunity to effect the delivery of training programs across a Fortune 14 Organization. This individual will keep abreast of various training delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems in specific areas of expertise. This could encompass training of Claims or Customer Service individuals in the Training Delivery Operational functions and could include some aspects of the design process.
Primary Responsibilities:
- This position is required to ensure compliance with the requirements of our contract with the Agency for Health Care Administration
- Train the Long Term Care staff on clinical policies and procedures to maintain compliance with the contract and its amendments on an ongoing basis as changes to requirements occur
- Develop and provide FL orientation, relationship with National Training Team, assist in development in job aids
- Work with directors of clinical programs and other managers to ensure the changes in external and internal policies affecting the program are communicated and implemented in a timely fashion
- Maintain training and certification records for the team
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Intermediate at least level Power Point is a must have
- 2+ years of experience Healthcare/ Managed Care industry
- 2+ years of Training and developing training of others
