The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for managing Risk Adjustment, HEDIS and STARS Operations. The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for supporting the operation execution and creating work plans that align with the overall organizational coding and submission strategies. The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for implementing internal projects, initiatives and strategies to meet the organization's overall goals. He or she will be responsible for managing the operation to forecasts, assessing risk and providing recommendations to mitigate the risks.


 


Primary Responsibilities:



  • Financial forecasting

  • Financial reporting

  • End of month activities

  • Reporting

  • Data Analysis

  • Human Resource Management and Personnel Management

  • Production Management and Reporting

  • Productivity Metric Management

  • Inventory Management and Reporting

  • Client Reporting

  • Program and Service Delivery Reporting

  • Vendor Management and VRO responsibilities

  • Implement HIPAA and Privacy controls within the process

  • SLA Management and Reporting

  • Resource Planning and forecasting

  • Creation and oversight of Standard Operating Procedures

  • Create QC processes

  • Identify Risks and implement Controls

  • Expense and Budget Reconciliation

  • Create Project Plans

  • Ensure that the team meets financial and dashboard metrics

  • Provide support for both short and long term operational/ business strategies

  • Represent Operations in a manner that is collaborative and consistent with the tactical and long term strategic plans

  • Ability to resolve conflicts and remove barriers to achieve common goals

  • Implement process efficiencies

  • Create short-term, mid-term and long-term operational plans

  • Hold others not within reporting structure accountable for deadlines and deliverables

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred

  • 1 year of Project Management/ Process Improvement experience

  • 1 year of operational analysis, financial analysis or process management

  • 1 year of experience working in a matrix environment

  • 1 year Healthcare experience

  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Risk adjustment experience

  • HEDIS or STARs experience

  • Ability to produce within a fast paced organization

  • Superior communication skills

  • Access, SQL, Visio & SharePoint
