Change Management Specialist
3+ month contract
Southborough, MA


As a Change Management Specialist, you will be part of an Organizational Change Management team within IT responsible for managing the overall success of end user readiness for a Professional Services Optimization program. You will help implement our change methodology, training development and deployment and play a key role in driving successful adoption for this project.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the project in all aspects of business readiness / change management including supporting training, communications and process change efforts
Drive and support training efforts including the design, development, delivery and management of training collateral. This may include:
Define training scope and preparation of training material
Define, plan and schedule training logistics
Coordinate train the trainer sessions
Drive and support communications including creation of a communications plan, communications collateral and other engagement tools
Drive and support process change including creation of change plans and inclusion of process change work into the training materials
Drive and support user acceptance testing activities

Desired Skills and Experience:
Knowledge and proven application of change management methodology and tools
Experience in providing organizational change management solutions in support of large-scale complex projects and smaller departmental/organizational initiatives on a global scale
Hands-on project management experience in planning, execution and delivery of complex projects
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; active listening skills; the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
Interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and build support at all levels in the organization
Problem solving and root cause identification skills
Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
Ability to work independently yet collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Experience with training a field based audience a plus
4-5 years direct experience required
