Bright House Networks Business Solutions team is one of the fastest growing parts of our business.  It is an area of great importance, and investment, for the company.  To support the need and success of the Client Account team, we are growing our  account development team focused on up selling and cross selling BHN Business Customers.  We are looking for results oriented, driven and focused sales professionals  to join our team!


As a new Client Account Executive you will focus on activities to maximize sales opportunities and subscriber/revenue growth within the BHN business customer base.  You will drive increased existing customers investments  through proactive calls into the business customer base upselling/cross selling BHN services.


 


RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Proactively contact customers in accordance with determined strategy to drive BHN penetration in lines of service while increasing customer investment.
  • Maintain a level of activity needed to drive expected results
  • Achieve and report daily sales activities in accordance with departmental requirements.
  • Consistently achieve RGU (Revenue Generating Units) and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) quotas as assigned.
  • Handle all customer interactions with professionalism to provide a great customer experience
  • Perform other duties and accept responsibility as assigned.

 


ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP:  Position reports directly to the Manager /Supervisor of Client Accounts team..

  • Background in telecom, internet services, or cable with a curiosity to learn more advanced technology
  • Ability to manage multiple contacts and accounts
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to develop and execute accountplanning strategy
  • Team oriented, self-motivated, and results oriented, strong initiative and a quick ability to learn
  • Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously; organize, prioritize, and work effectively under time constraints with minimal supervision while meeting assigned quotas
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • High level of energy, enthusiasm, creativity and commitment 
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail with a keen sales focus
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback in a professional manner
  • Professional appearance and behavior required
  • Consistently develop and maintain supportive work relationships

Required Experience



Required Experience:



  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 2+ years of demonstrated Sales, Retention, and/or Outbound Calling experience in a B2B sales environment
  • Proven success meeting and exceeding assigned sales quota
  • Effective public speaking and ability to represent Bright House Networks Business Solutions both internally and externally
