Automated Software Test Engineer - Full-time / Part-time

Medical Device Manufacturing Company in the Miami, Florida area is seeking an Automated Software Test Engineer to join their team!

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience working in the Software Testing Automation requiring an iterative approach, and would involve all of these phases. Automated Testing requires creating test designs, developing test scripts, deploying the validated scripts, which are used for testing.
• 7+ years of experience working with C# and JavaScript mainly, and having understanding of XML.
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies
• The main assignment is automated testing, which interacts mainly with the GUI. For Tools development, Application would apply.
• 90% developing Test Scripts using JavaScript and 10% developing tools using C#
• Hands on experience working with Windows 7 O/S
• Able to evaluate system specifications and requirements for completeness and testability.
• Able to generate test designs and procedures from specifications and use cases, with minimal guidance.
• Must be experienced with automated software testing, preferably using Test Complete.
• Able to execute test procedures manually, with minimal guidance.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Design and experience with testing Object Oriented systems.
• Medical Device experience- highly preferred
