Position Overview

The Lead Customer Service Representative for the Commercial Service Center will assist in all facets of the facility. Duties will include but will not be limited to making out bound sales calls, generate sales leads, preparing quotes, processing orders, inventory control, stocking, unloading and loading trucks, operating forklift, assisting the customers with their merchandise, assisting in customer deliveries, maintaining the building, as well as compliance with all Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  1. Valid Driver’s License
  2. Excellent communication skills
  3. Excellent customer service skills
  4. Swimming Pool Industry experience a plus
  5. Retail/Operations experience a plus
  6. Proficiency with computers a plus
