We are seeking a highly motivated team leader with strong managerial and organizational skills to be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, which include receiving, stocking, pulling, shipping, local route delivery, sanitation, safety, stock rotation, product security, maintenance, and special projects. Will be responsible for interviewing, hire and manage the performance of 50+ employees for our 120K sq ft warehouse.
The ideal person will be committed to providing top customer service/support while maintaining a strong team-oriented work environment; you should possess strong management experience with continuous improvement initiatives skills. Background in fast-paced warehousing and/or transportation environment with strong proficiency in WMS, preferably within SAP and industry experience a plus. Experience in KPI and metric driven performance preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
