Job Description
Water Technicians needed for an expanding restoration company. In this position you will be performing various tasks related to drying and restoring water damaged properties. This position is fast paced, rewarding and provides new challenges every day. We are looking for experienced technicians($$ Bonus to all IICRC certified technicians) and/or helpers. Helpers/Trainees need to have a background in construction, restoration, or possess similar field experience.
WE PROVIDE IICRC CERTIFICATION TO ALL TECHNICIANS AND HELPERS AFTER 90 DAYS!!!
$$$$$ SIGN ON BONUS TO ALL IICRC CERTIFIED TECHS
WE ARE HRINING FOR BOTH FULL AND PART TIME!!
Responsibilities
* Directly responsible for water mitigation site inspections, moisture checks, equipment setup/takedown, demo, carpet cleaning, water extraction and more
* Work with the property owner and insurance company to obtain an accurate scope of work based on IICRC guidelines
* Maximize customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability through efficient processes and procedures, use of equipment and accurate diagnosis of each job
* Assistance with general warehouse duties
* Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of service trucks and equipment
* Coordination of customer service, and promotion of all corporate goals and objectives.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and insurance representatives.
* Assist the production department with any customer related issues
* Maintain your personal job dashboard on a daily basis
* Meet monthly and quarterly goals and KPI's
Job Synopsis
* $11-16 per hour (based on experience) + Incentive
* Medical Benefits

* 40 hours +
* Transportation/Company Vehicle provided
* Paid Holidays
* Paid IICRC certification
