About this job

Screen & Direct all incoming calls to proper person
* Update & maintain phone system programming
* Scheduling/Manage executive & office staff calendars
* Sort & distribute incoming mail; weigh & postmark outgoing mail
* Prepare FedEx & certified shipments
* Prepare presentation materials, mailings & policies
* Order and maintain regular inventory of office supplies
* Filing management; be familiar with E filing
* Verify reports; data entry
* Create spreadsheets & charts
* Proof daily memos for accuracy and completeness
* Update vendor accounts
* Occasional errands and additional administrative office support as needed
* Renewing all agency licenses and maintaining compliance
* Additional functions as needed
