Role: Channel Account Manager (CAM)-West Coast
Reports toVice President - Channel Sales
Skill Set Required:
Minimum of 5 years experience in sales of ECM, BPM or other similar Enterprise Software Solutions across multiple industries.
This is an individual contributor who will be responsible for managing partners through the end to end sales cycle in the US geography (West Coast).
Responsible for helping partners sell Client products & solutions in the assigned vertical / geography.
Meeting or exceeding assigned revenue targets within the assigned territory.
Establishing a cordial relationship with the clients so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Will endeavor to work directly with end user clients when appropriate. Applying a consultative approach with customer C-level leaders
Ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies for the same.
Devising strategies to maximize sales and realization & implementing them.
Strong strategic capability with ability to manage strategic and operational goals.
Strong financial / business acumen. Knowledge of Government and/or Financial Services preferred.
Ability to develop relationships at all levels of customer organization.
Excellent written, communication, inter personal, liaison and problem solving skills with the ability to work in multi cultural environment.

Creating a strategic road map and setting goals & milestones for partners and self.
Positioning Client with various industry stakeholders
Relationship Management -
Seeks and builds healthy relationships with key account's decision-making teams and periodically interface them with key Client stakeholders.
All customer oriented processes including Customer feedback is managed well internally to ensure high Customer Satisfaction score.
Work closely with regional sales or commercial team to provide specific input to the customer.
Competition-
Responsible for communicating and modifying compelling value propositions for partners and across industries
Keeps abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.
Establishing Client as focused solutions provider in assigned industry.
Operational Responsibilities -
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
DESIRED PROFILE
Should be experienced in selling to US companies. US nationals preferred.
He should possess an established network of industry contacts.
Ability to take charge of interactions, presentations and converting sales pitches into desired outcomes.
He should have sold software solutions or provided IT consultancy to Fortune 2000 customers.
The incumbent will be required to travel extensively
