Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating staffing schedules to ensure the proper cleaning of offices, public spaces, residential apartments, and grounds
* Using cleaning chemicals safely and properly in accordance with the department guidelines and assuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety standards, MSDS, OSHA, EPA and other relevant rules and regulations
* Coordinating annual deep cleaning programs for both apartments and common areas
* Scheduling the preparation of apartments for Move-Ins
* Conducting regular inspection of all areas and maintaining inventory control systems for all supplies, chemicals, and equipment
* Scheduling and conducting training sessions and department meetings for housekeeping personnel

We seek the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Two (2) to four years of supervisory housekeeping/janitorial experience
* Experience in a Skilled Nursing/Assisted Living environment
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to successfully schedule and supervise staff
* Flexibility with schedule
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
