Immediate Hire

We are looking for(3) Systems Engineer III to join our team(s) at one of the following locations: Owings Mills, Maryland; Bethlehem, Pennsylvania; Lenexa, Kansas. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of engineering duties such as design, design specifications, software and hardware development, troubleshooting, integration and maintenance tasks required to build or support SCADA/Automation projects for our Electric Utility Clients. There are also opportunities to work with clients on improving their security functions including asset management, credential management and other cyber security functions. Client interaction is also a key function in this position along with project management. Work is performed using well-defined procedures and client direction in a team environment, with moderate level of evaluation or supervision.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
* Hardware skills in troubleshooting communication problems
* 4-6 years experience with Electric Utility substations and/or SCADA
* Minimum one year experience with project management in automation and controls,
demonstrating project management skills in scoping, scheduling and tracking projects.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Self-motivated, detail oriented, team oriented, results driven
* Able to mentor knowledge to other Engineers, Sales Force and Customers
* Experience with substation RTUs/IO devices/IEDs
* Demonstrated knowledge of MODBUS, DNP, and other industrial protocols
* Programming/scripting with VB6/VBA/SQL/Perl/Python a plus
* Knowledge of HMI/SCADA Master is a plus
* Relay programming basic a plus (SEL, ABB, Basler)
