You will ensure associates get appropriate feedback about their assignment, manage workflow on your shift and partner with the client managers. Your typical day may be:
• Use independent judgment to motivate and manage performance of our hourly on-site performance Coaches, ensuring work- loads are distributed appropriately and in a manner that will optimize service while ensuring completion of daily tasks.
• Represent the company and provide advice during Client meetings when discussing performance, quality, safety, hiring and termination decisions.
• Analyze and communicate associate feedback including safety, performance and data for trends and outliers that are barriers to success.
• Construct a daily summary that provides information including contributing factors and potential solutions to Sr. Management teams for our Client and ISS.
• Build Relationships with Client Area managers through daily interaction and weekly meetings. Solicit their input of hourly associate performance and departmental concerns.
• Provide associates the guidance and support needed to ensure your partnership is contributing to their success.
• Ensure adherence to safety and employee relations policies, investigate complaints or deviations from policy, and make recommendations as needed. What you'll need:
• HS Diploma OR GED
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Superior customer service, organization and time management skills
• Basic level Microsoft Excel and Web-based Applications/Systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate and problem solve in a fast paced and fluid environment
