Cashier Position Summary:
Cashiers provide guests with outstanding, friendly and “spunky” service in an efficient manner.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Ability to read company materials (ie. Training materials, charts, recipes etc.)
- Complete California Tortilla training program and pass position quizzes
- Proven customer skills – demonstrate an outgoing and genuine personality
- Complete position checklists
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bend, stoop, and reach to stock shelves, serve customers and clean store
- Stand and walk on hard floors for 8 hours per day
- Quickly identify safety placards (ie. wet floor sign) and hazardous situations to avoid or minimize injuries and property damage.
- Identify food quality through taste, texture, color and odor
