- Set up and maintain jobs in EIS ( internal quoting system)
- Create submittal package
- Research pricing through vendors and/or past bids
- Place phone calls and emails to follow up on proposals.
- Negotiate job buyouts
- 90% off work is on the computer, 10% on the phone or in person
- NO COLD CALLING, all proposals are through companies that asked for them.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of either window treatments and or construction specialties (Div 10, 11, 12)-1 year min experience
- Accurate proof reading
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Outlook, excel (basic)
- Acrobat9 or Bluebeam a plus
- High school diploma
