Costume Supercenter is seeking to hire full and part-time Pick and Pack positions for qualified individuals in our Fulfillment Center in Edison NJ. These positions are Temp-to-Perm opportunities with plenty of room for growth and advancement! Prior warehouse or distribution experience is preferred but will consider highly motivated individual with a willingness to learn. All full time positions are based on 35-40 hours per week.
Spanish speaking only applicants with experience are welcome to apply as well!!!
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to:
Picking
* Review accurately; required pick sheets in pre- defined picking environment
* Pick the required products from pick shelf to pick cart quickly and accurately
* Ability to Walk throughout the Warehouse with a pick cart efficiently and maintain a consistent pace throughout the shift and during overtime situations
* Must be able to maintain effectiveness and composure at all times while working closely with co-workers and management.
Packing
* Requires a dependable self-starter with a positive attitude
* Applicant must have general knowledge of computerized packing environment to include experience with hand held scanner, computer keyboard, and mouse
* Have the ability to pack orders safely, efficiently and in the correct size boxes.
* Have general understanding of UPS, Fedex ect label printing
* Ability to maintain effective pace to maximize productivity
* Must be able to lift boxes weighing 2-50lbs and stand in packing station for extended period of time
* Must be able to maintain effectiveness and composure at all times while working closely with co-workers and management.
Salary: $10.00 /hour
