Requirements
Administrative Coordinator needed for site in Valhalla, NY Long Term Opportunity First Shift Monday through Friday 9am-5pm
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for-
-coordinating all aspects of candidate application such as phone screen, schedule interviews, presentations
-coordinate travel arrangements for new hires
-administer assessments
-conduct background checks
-manage campus recruitment such as attend job fairs, post to campus career sites, help plan on campus events
-responsible for data management in talent acquisition database
-1 to 2 years experience as recruiting coordinator or recruiter
-Proficient in MS Office, LinkedIn, Google Mail
-Bachelors Degree required
Background Check and Drug Screen required
