Candidates must have at least 2 years of Administrative Assisting or Tech Support experience. Candidates must also have strong computer skills.

POSITION SUMMARY

This role will provide administrative support to the Network Management Department, to include Provider Relations.

- Screens telephone calls, answers routine questions and furnishes information

- Opens, sorts, distributes, scans, organizes, prioritizes and responds to mail

- Coordinates calendars; scheduling meetings, room reservations, hospitality arrangements

- Operates and maintains various office equipment

- Orders and maintains office supplies

- Significant portion of duties may be in support of basic technical discipline

- Organizes and maintains files of supervisor's correspondence, records etc. following up on pending matters

- Prepares expense reports

- Schedules meetings, prepares agendas and minutes

- Produces a variety of correspondence, reports, and presentations using the appropriate software

This position is not a standard Administrative Assistant role as it involves the ability to be creative, innovative and able to interact with the provider community.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE

MINIMUM two years of administrative or technical support experience required

Abililty to multi-task with complex workload

Abilitly to learn complex and technical applications

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience
