Sodexo is currently seeking an Multi Services Operations Managers for an Operations Support role based in Warwick, RI. The Operations Manager will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for the oversight of retail, patient dining services, catering and production areas for food with some oversight in environmental services. The Operations Manager will be responsible for the culinary and production areas as well as client initiatives, business plan implementation, budget involvement, implementing Sodexo systems and enhancing operational outcomes.

Position Summary
Number two position at an account/unit providing two or more core services (facilities/engineering, food or custodial). Assumes GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Supervises managers in multiple service areas. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
