Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Automation Personnel Services is seeking several qualified candidates for Customer Service Representatives in the Hixson area. Position summary includes ability to provide excellent customer service by answering incoming phone calls and emails to assist customers with inquiries, fulfill requests, and resolve problems. Also, place outbound calls to both obtain and provide necessary information to complete an order. Basic skills include ability to type 35 wpm, data/note entry skills, ability to read spreadsheets and phone skills as well as customer Focus, strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to learn, multi-tasking, people skills, verbal communication, excellent listening skills, and ability to build relationships. High school diploma is required. Background check, drug screen, and nicotine test are required. Data and customer service testing will also be administered. Pay rate starts at $11 and position is temp to hire. Must be flexible to work 7am-7pm as call volume demands.
