ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST
JOB DUTIES :
- Receive daily lockbox deposits
- Timely, accurate posting of payments
- Balancing posted batches to reports
- Balancing closing registers daily
- Handling customer service calls regarding account status and/or payments
- Respond to requests from various departments
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
- 3-5 years in an accounts receivable role. Heavy focus on cash applications, reconciliations, research and resolution.
- Must be able to multi-task, with excellent organizational abilities & attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills, including advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, v lookups, formulas, etc)
- Can work at a fast pace
- Must be a quick leaner, and easily adapt to change
- Strong communication and exceptional interpersonal skills; be a team player
- Good math skill
- 10 key by touch
- High School Diploma
