Massachusetts MENTOR is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to several departments within the Shared Service Center. This position will greet visitors and route telephone calls to appropriate staff. They will also perform the duties listed below:
- Manage supply ordering
- Answering telephones
- Handling correspondences
- Scheduling meetings
- Manage key card access process
- Coordinate mail and Fed-Ex delivery
- Depositing of checks via Istream
- Ad hoc projects
Qualifications
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Office – Word, Power point and Excel experience
- Order Management System experience
- Four + years of related experience
