About this job

Job Description: Day to Day responsibilities:
* Monitor collateral file by ways of communication with email, phone and system.
* Will monitor collateral files with both external parties and internal departments.
* Ability to handle more complex files and effectively prevent escalations.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines and work standards.
* Ability to be dynamic in role, and shift priorities as business needs arise.
* Demonstrates strong process, guidelines, and product knowledge.
* Ability to assist with customer escalations and related issues.
* Performs various production and support functions.

Specific roles will be assigned based on business needs from one of the following:
* Accurately uploading Bailee Agreements into Document Management Portal imaging system
* Precise data entry
* Proficient in more complex documents
* Monitoring and reviewing documentation requirements and following up on missing or late vendor items.
* Assisting with daily work assignments.
* Review more complex and state-specific requirements.

Reconciliation:
* Monitoring collateral files; researching and completing requests for information.
* Effectively handles and resolves complex transactions including vendor escalations.
Work Environment: Office environment. Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and OT if available

**Max sub limit of 4.
Qualifications: REQUIRED SKILLS:
* 2+ years of experience with mortgage documents required (collateral)
* Mortgage servicing or origination knowledge required
* Excellent Communication skills verbal and written
* Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook - EXCEL SCORE OF 80% OR HIGHER; Basic Excel use is REQUIRED MUST PROVIDE BASIC TEST SCORES FOR EXCEL NO LOWER THAN 80% ; SCORE MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE SUBMITTAL
* Must be detailed oriented
* Research and analytical skills a must
* Flexibility to adapt to process changes
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision
* Capacity to work in a team-oriented environment
* Have the ability to think creatively outside the box, and
* Have proven track record of great attendance (NO TIME OFF REQUESTS the first 90 days)

DESIRED SKILLS:
* LPS experience/proficiency
* 2 year degree

* 2+ years of experience with mortgage documents required (collateral)

* LPS experience/proficiency - HIGHLY desired
