Admin/ Quality Control Specialist (Beaverton)
compensation: $14-15/hour

Job Summary

Aerotek is currently seeking an individual who can perform a wide variety of duties to assist with the management and execution of development for all operating procedures relating to Loss Mitigation production.
Essential Functions
1. Provide daily administrative support to Loss Mitigation
2. Review documents to ensure they meet the Quality Control standards
3. Provide support to the other team members to ensure team goals are met.

General Skills & Abilities
1. Extreme attention to detail
2. Proficient knowledge of personal computers using Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook.

Communication Skills
1. Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, peers, and management through written and verbal communication.
2. Ability to communicate with customers, internal departments, and other outside parties in a professional manner.

Minimum Qualifications
1. High School Diploma
2. 2 years Administrative/Accounts Payable experience or a combination of applicable education and experience

Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in the Mortgage industry
2. Experience in a Letters Printing department
