This is for a part-time position in our customer service department

POSITION SUMMARY: Performs a wide range of secretarial duties for department manager . Good oral and written communication skills a must . Primary function is to research and resolve problems with store deliveries. Requires basic typing and general office skills. Must be knowledgeable of computers, word processing and spreadsheets. Duties may include filing, primary and secondary data entry, and other duties as assigned.

Experience / Requirements:

MAJOR DUTIES:

Communicate with and handle telephone requests from store personnel concerning all store Rx and Front end orders. Answer CII questions about what is contained in orders as well as placing special orders. Prepare spreadsheets and analysis of operation at manager’s request using Excel software (daily/weekly/monthly). Will also use Crystal and Access data base. Email responses to stores using MS Outlook. Assist with Transportation / Shipping Department reports as needed. Position requires a solid knowledge of personal computers and software packages (Excel, Word, Access). Individual must possess strong communication and organizational skills, be thorough and accurate, and be detail- and customer-service oriented. Requires the ability to remain calm, positive and upbeat while working effectively with and independently of others. The following qualities are required:

Education:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
