Qualifications:

A Lead Teller spends almost all of his or her time working with Wells Fargo’s most important asset, our customers. Lead Tellers are able to juggle a variety of tasks including exercising excellent customer service in all customer interactions, managing and resolving customer concerns, following procedures to minimize errors and manage risk on behalf of our customers, while providing information on new products and services. Lead Tellers work under limited supervision, assist with work flow to ensure Tellers are successful, consistently balance their cash daily, have great rapport with people, meet their performance goals, and enjoy helping others all while maintaining ethics, integrity, and embracing diversity.

1+ years experience assessing and meeting the needs of customers and/or solving customer problems. 1+ years experience following retail policies and procedures with minimal supervision. 1+ years experience handling cash. 1+ years experience in customer service or interacting directly with customers. 1+ years experience in sales. 1+ years experience working in a team environment . 6+ months experience supervising and/or coaching other employees. Ability to speak clearly, succinctly, and accurately using a pleasant tone while using common conversational courtesies. Experience achieving individual and team goals. Experience identifying additional opportunities to sell products and services to customers ( upselling ). Experience interacting positively with difficult or hostile customers. Experience meeting customer service or customer satisfaction goals. Experience meeting sales goals/quotas. Experience using basic computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, word processing software, spreadsheet software. Additional experience handling cash. Additional experience in customer service or interacting directly with customers. Additional experience in assessing customer needs and presenting appropriate products and service options to customers. Additional experience supervising and/or coaching other employees. Experience in a Teller role. Experience in a retail environment or financial services industry. Experience involving with 10-key numerical data entry.
