Home Instead Senior Care is looking for caring, enthusiastic and professional CAREGivers (CNA/HHA/PCA) to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.
Current CAREGiver opportunities:
* Saturday and Sunday early am, daytime, evening hours & awake overnight shifts (2 hr to 12 hr shifts available)
**(high need is a CAREGiver that can work every weekend and high level cares)**
* Monday-Friday early am, daytime, evening & awake overnight hours (2 hr to 12 hr shifts available)
CAREGiver duties include, but are not limited to:

- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Incidental Transportation
- Assistance with grooming and bathing
- Assistance with toileting and incontinence needs
- Assistance with ambulation
- Alzheimer’s Care
*Personal or Professional experience preferred - skills training provided by Home Instead Senior Care*
Requirements to be a CAREGiver:
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
- Possess a valid MN driver’s license, have own vehicle with valid auto insurance
- Ability to lift/push/pull/carry up to 80 lbs. infrequently
