Home Instead Senior Care in Somerset County New Jersey, provides home care services that allow seniors to remain in the home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.  We are looking for a caring, compassionate, outgoing and organized individual to assist the owners in the growing operational needs of the company.  You will help to establish proper office protocol and guidelines; and to make sure they are maintained.  

Desired attributes:

1. Able to work in a fast paced work environment.
2. Must have the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of information.
3. Ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly and yearly work.
4. Must be patient and congenial on the telephone.
5. Possess excellent oral and communication skills.


Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with multi departments to follow through on daily operation of the business.
2. Demonstrate leadership skills in performing all aspects of job duties.
3. Execute operational plan with owners and Administrative staff. 
4. Participate in weekly meetings with owners to review status of current projects and departmental challenges.
5. Available to participate in rotation of On-Call schedule.

Job Requirements:

1. Associates Degree 
2. Prior office experience in Home Care field desirable.
3. Must be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
