This manager is responsible for managing integrated marketing activities across the Optum Collaborative Care business. This manager will directly oversee the digital strategy while strongly supporting the delivery of core marketing capabilities - coordinating with both internal and agency contacts to facilitate timely completion of key projects.  The Integrated Marketing Manager will develop and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Return on Investment (ROI) to help inform an optimal marketing mix by operating business.      


       


The Integrated Marketing Manager will report to the National Director of Marketing will focus his/her energy and attention in moving the business forward each and every day.      


       

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the strategy for the launch of a new website    

  • Manage all digital–focused analytics and set strategy accordingly   

  • Assess current digital strategies and tactics within different national markets and provide recommendations for optimal outcomes and ROI   

  • Manage the implementation of new acquisitions into the website, including marketing content and back-end portal capabilities for patients and providers

  • Provide project management and leadership with trusted digital recommendations to operational leadership    

  • Develop a strong understanding of the Marketing Acquisition and Retention System and Patient Acquisition and Retention call center   

  • Manage common marketing tools, processes, and campaigns to maximize acquisition/retention and gain efficiency locally   

  • Coordinate & track(intake/outtake) key projects with respective marketing leaders and internal/external agency partners   

  • Deliver project results via quantifiable performance measures (KPIs as well as ROI)    

  • Communicate updates, risks and implications to market-level Marketing colleagues as well as operational leadership   

  • Partner closely with internal shared services digital team, marketing colleagues within business unit and leadership to ensure flawless execution of an integrated marketing strategy for all markets  

       


    

Requirements


Required Qualifications:   


  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ years of strategic marketing experience  

  • 3+ years complex project management experience working directly with cross-functional and external partners

  • 3+ years of experience delivering quantifiable performance measures (KPIs as well as ROI) 

  • 3+ years health care industry experience working within physician groups/practices 

  • Proven experience in overseeing strategy with launch of website, setting digital marketing strategy and execution, including digital display ads, SEM, SEO, etc.   

  • Proven experience in managing a marketing budget   

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills   

  • Excellent project management skills   

  • Excellent leadership and partnership skills in working with executives   

  • Experience in deadline-driven environment
