Primary Responsibilities: 
  • Provide basic information via phone to members regarding their behavioral health benefits
  • Take 25 to 45 calls per day
  • Document all calls
  • Refer the members to the appropriate contact for their county
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in the Behavioral Health field (Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services).
  • Must be able to navigate a windows environment and utilize Microsoft Office in a professional setting.
  • The ability to type 35 - 45 WPM (or more).
  • 5+ years of behavioral health field experience with direct client contact (by phone or in person).
  • Bilingual fluency with English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Call Center experience.
  • Registered intern with BBS.
  • ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) Certified.
  • Crisis Center experience.
