Business Title: Payment Services Representative
PURPOSE/OVERALL OBJECTIVE:
Assists with the coordination of the Payment Services-Debt team
Oversees and coordinates in the investigation of red flag accounts and reports compliance and policy violations to department leadership
Resolves complex problems utilizing policies, procedures and practical applications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Supervisor/Manager with daily workload management of agents, representatives and other similar positions

Assist in scheduling and coordinating of team activities

Adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment and technique to meet the requirements of the position

Manage the escalated call, email and Issue Trak process
Investigate or audit work completed by agents or potential red flag accounts and provide update to Department Leadership

When assigned, process Small Balance Transfer Cases

Apply policies, procedures and practical application in resolving complex problems

Other duties as assigned to meet business needs

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/ YEARS OF MINIMUM RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
In depth Knowledge of the CSG billing system, Extensive knowledge of billing cycles and cross divisional procedures

Experience dealing with and resolving difficult and escalated issues are a must

Experience in Collections or Customer service preferred

Operational knowledge of TWC Sales & Customer Service

Ability to make good business decisions and multi-task in a fast paced environment; able to exercise and apply sound judgement

Must be very detail oriented and have strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications is required

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public

Proficient in basic mathematics, basic accounting and general office procedures

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED SPECIFIC SKILLS/ EXPERTISE:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/ YEARS OF MINIMUM RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
1 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Bilingual is preferred

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/ AND OR CERTIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
