Aerotek is currently partnered up with a large pharmaceutical company in the Weston, Florida. Candidate will be required to handle between 15-25 calls from vendors and clients. They will be responsible for order processing, returns, credits, validations, re-prints, reports, loss of transits, and order entry. Candidate will be required to manage 15 accounts internally and will be working in Windows daily.

Candidate must have:

• 3+ Years of customer service experience for a health care or pharmaceutical company.
• MUST Speak Spanish and English.
• Must have experience with MS Office Applications: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
• Must have inbound and outbound calls experience in a call center setting.
