Intake/ Sales Associate

Immediate openings for Intake Sales Representatives with a Medical Supply company in Doral. Good candidates will have sales or retail experience, as well as call center experience.

Shift Available: Mon-Thu 1pm-9pm + Fri 11am-7pm + Sat (rotating) 10:00am-2:00pm NOTE: shift is not negotiable

Pay Rate: $12/hour + overtime (as applicable) + performance-based monthly bonus

BONUS:
-avg. agent is making $500-$750 on a monthly basis.

-The top agents are making $750-$1100 on a monthly basis.

-paid out approximately on the 2nd week of each month. (it all depends on accounting closing the month.)


General Job Duties:
* SALES positions must have Call Center Sales / Telemarketing experience.( they will be making an average of 100 calls a day)
* SALES Associates handle a high volume of calls - outbound calls to potential or established patients ("warm leads" - patients that have expressed interest through our website and/or TV ads).
* Ascertain patient needs & offer services/products as appropriate.
* Ensure accurate & appropriate protocol is followed with each call (e.g. following script; data entry of patient information, insurance information, sales & upsells; full & proper closing).
* Demonstrate confidence in presentation and sales. Maximize upsells.
* Meet daily & weekly Performance and Quality Assurance goals.
